    Hans "Hanzo" Steinbach joins Beauty of Games

    We welcome our globetrotter from Berlin

    An international artist for an international charity project

    At the age of 27, the German artist Hans Steinbach (aka HeavyMetalHanzo) has lived at several spots on our globe. Due to his father's work he had to move about every 3-4 years and lived in Turkey, Syria, France, Canada, Libanon and the USA before he returned to Germany. This lifestyle offered him experiences, he describes as "impactful not only as a person but also as an artist".

    Hans' career got its significant boost at the age of 11, when video games and animes started to inspire him. You can surely recognize famous characters in his designs and illustrations, but a big part of his work is dedicated to Hans' idol Hideo Kojima.

    Hans "Hanzo" Steinbach works for clients such as Tokyopop or IGN.com and selected art pieces showed up in the Official Playstation Magazine, as well
